As you can tell from my home page and galleries, this is not point-and-shoot photography. Should you decide to use my services, you can be sure to get a very high quality selection of the best views of a home, in order to attract the most interest for an MLS listing.
With my 12+ years of experience in using Photoshop from it’s very beginnings, I am able to offer not just professional photographic services, but also cutting edge post processing. As a very smart person once said, “a picture is worth more than a 1000 words”. So if this true, how much is a great picture worth?
Standard Package
$150.00
For homes up to 3000 sf, this package includes 15 high quality images with basic retouching. This shoot will take approximately 1.5 hours.
Extended Package
$250.00
For homes over 3000 sf, this package includes 24 high quality images with basic retouching. This shoot will take approximately 2 hours.
Estate Package
$350.00
For estates over 6000 sf, this package includes 24+ high quality images with basic retouching. This shoot will take approximately 2.5 hours.
Twilight Photography
$75.00
2 professional exterior photographs taken just after sunset with all interior and exterior lights of the property turned on.
Virtual Tour
$50.00
High quality image slideshow featuring additional images of the home including background music. This is an unbranded tour hosted by me for the duration of one year. This will enable you to show additional images beyond the 16 picture limit of the MLS.
Special Image Retouching
$50/hr
Image editing allows for larger objects such as garbage cans, etc. to be removed from driveways. I do not change any of the physical characteristics of a home with image editing.
